If you had the recipe for a universal approach to effective leadership, you wouldn’t need to work another day of your life.
Perceptions of good leadership and excellent leaders vary across cultures and societies. While there are some traits most of us would like to see in our leaders - trustworthiness, honesty, charisma, there are other traits such as loyalty, resolution, belonging, and critical thinking, that receive varying degrees of acceptance. Let’s see if we can build a global composite of a leader that we can all agree on.
